Dr. Chanel is a 2019 graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida campus. Before graduating from Palmer she received her Bachelor degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University in 2016. Additionally, Dr. Chanel is Webster trained, specializing in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, ensuring comprehensive wellness for patients of all ages. Dr. Chanel is passionate about sports medicine and helping athletes to perform at their highest level. Outside of chiropractic Dr. Chanel enjoys reading, working out and spending lots of time with her son, Albert McGuire V.

Dr. Al graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida campus. Along with his Doctorate degree, Dr. Al has a Bachelor degree in biology that he received from Central Michigan University in 2016. Dr. Al further enhanced his chiropractic expertise with specialized training in treating athletes and athletic injuries by becoming a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® . Dr. Al has a strong passion for the chiropractic profession and has wanted to pursue chiropractic since he was in high school. In Dr. Al’s free time he enjoys playing his guitar, reading, and working out when he is not chasing around his son, Albert McGuire V.
Our Story
Dr. Al and Dr. Chanel met in their last semester at Central Michigan University while each was applying to chiropractic school. Dr. Al was accepted to Life University and set to move to Atlanta, while Dr. Chanel was accepted to Palmer in Florida. Throughout the semester they became great friends and Dr. Al decided to apply to Palmer. He was accepted, and the pair moved to Port Orange to follow their dream to become Chiropractors. They moved to Mount Juliet following graduation and opened inTune Chiropractic in January of 2020.
Dr. Al and Dr. Chanel got married in September 2023 and welcomed their first child, Albert Thomas McGuire V in October 2024. They look forward to continuing to give back to the Wilson County Community and are excited to raise their son here.
