SMALL GROUP FITNESS & PERSONAL TRAINING
Train Together. Get Stronger.
Small group fitness and personal training in Mount Juliet, built around real coaching.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You've paid for a gym before. You just didn't go.
A membership charge you see and wince at every month
Wandering between machines with no actual plan
A gym where literally nobody would notice if you disappeared
Holding back because you're scared of re-injuring something
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Your coach actually knows your name.
Most "group fitness" means twelve people doing the same workout while one coach tries to watch all of them at once. That's not what happens here. Groups at inTune stay small enough that your coach knows your name, your goals, and, if you've been through rehab in this building, your history. Every session scales to your level, so you're never just trying to keep up with the person next to you.

PERSONAL TRAINING
One coach whose only job for that hour is your progress.
A generic personal training program looks the same whether you've never touched a weight or you're six weeks out of rehab. Because your trainer and your care team are in the same building, your program is built with full knowledge of what your body's actually been through, not a template pulled off a shelf.
CLASS TYPES AND FORMAT
Four ways to train
Small Group Fitness
2-4 people (sign up with your friends or family). 45-50 minute classes: strength training, compound lifts, plyometrics, mobility, warm-up and cool down, all coached hands-on.
Small Group Sport Specific
For youth to professional athletes who want sport-specific training, with every exercise chosen to help you excel at your play.
Personal Training Drop-in
1-on-1, 50 minutes with the full undivided attention of one of our trainers.
Personal Training Programs
Pre-paid programs. Start with a full evaluation, including force plate measurements and biomechanical movement assessments, with re-evaluations throughout.
WORRIED YOU'LL BE THE SLOWEST IN THE ROOM?
You won't be. And nobody here is keeping score.
Every program scales to where you're actually starting, not some fitness-magazine version of where you should be.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't trained in years. Is this for me?
Yes. Programs are scaled to your current level, not a fixed standard everyone else is already meeting.
How big are the groups?
Small group training is between 2-4 people. All personal training is 1-on-1 with the trainer.
Do I need a membership?
You can try a class as a drop-in, or train under a membership for ongoing access. All gym memberships include 3 weekly exercise classes. Personal training is not included in memberships, but can be drop-in. We advise a program as it puts you in the best position to reach your goals.
