SOUND FAMILIAR?
You train hard. But your recovery is an afterthought.
Sore for days after a session that used to barely touch you
Waking up tighter than you fell asleep
Sleep that doesn't leave you rested, just unconscious
No actual recovery routine, just crossing your fingers
The Science
Why Heat and Cold, Together
Heat and cold do different jobs, which is why using both matters more than picking one. Dry heat saunas raise your core temperature and increase blood flow, loosening tight muscles. Cold plunge does the opposite: it constricts blood vessels, which can help manage inflammation and post-training soreness. This isn't a cure for anything. It's one more tool, used deliberately, in an actual recovery routine.

THE SAUNA EXPERIENCE
Real, intense heat that builds fast.
A typical traditional dry sauna runs hot, between 150°F and 195°F. Our Am-Finn heater runs up to 180°F for a typical session of 30 to 45 minutes. This isn't a gentle infrared cabin. Most people use it post-training or as a standalone recovery session, often paired with the Frost Locker for full contrast therapy.
We built inTune to close those gaps. Dr. Al McGuire and Dr. Chanel Metzler expanded from a single-service clinic into a full performance center, in one building, working off one plan. You don't have to be the one connecting the dots anymore. We already did.
THE FROST LOCKER EXPERIENCE
Built to feel like an event, not a punishment.
No water needed. Because the Frost Locker uses controlled air rather than water, it allows the body to adapt safely without the severe distress or shivering of ice baths. It sits between 30°F and 45°F, and most sessions run 5 to 15 minutes. The first 15 to 30 seconds are the hardest part. Whether you're in for 5 minutes or the full session, the goal is the same: manage inflammation and soreness, and give your body a genuine reset.

HOW TO USE IT
Start small. Build up.
First-timer
Start at 1-5 minutes and build up over a few sessions as your tolerance increases.
Post-training
Use within 1 to 2 hours of a hard session, before soreness sets in.
Weekly routine
1 to 2 sessions per week is typical for members using recovery as an ongoing part of training.
Drop in or join
You don't need a membership to use recovery.
Drop in for a single sauna or Frost Locker session, or build it into your membership if you're using it regularly.
Safety Notes
Frost Locker (cold plunge): Cold therapy isn't right for everyone. If you have coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, or a heart rhythm disorder, talk to your doctor before booking. Sudden cold exposure can cause a dangerous spike in blood pressure. Children and pregnant women should only use the Frost Locker if already acclimated to cold therapy and cleared by a doctor. Don't use cold therapy if you're currently sick, have unmanaged high blood pressure, or are highly sensitive to cold.
Sauna: Talk to your doctor first if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or diabetes. Pregnant women and older adults should use extra caution and limit their time in the sauna. Don't use the sauna if you have a fever or an active, contagious illness. If you're unsure whether any of this applies to you, ask our team before your session.
