Below is exactly what a first visit costs, what drop-in care and recovery run, what personal training costs per session, and what RESTORE, PERFORM, and ELITE memberships include. If something's still unclear, call us, but you shouldn't have to.

Elite

Everything: unlimited chiropractic, manual therapy, recovery, and 3 weekly group classes.
Every tier includes unlimited recovery: sauna, Frost Locker, and NormaTec, no extra charge. Duo memberships cover two people: RESTORE Duo $399/mo, PERFORM Duo $379/mo, ELITE Duo $749/mo. Kids and additional members: $79/mo (ages 0–12, add-on only) or $119/mo (ages 13+, includes unlimited recovery).
INSURANCE AND PAYMENT
We're cash-pay, and we make it easy.
You can use HSA or FSA cards here, and if you've been in a car accident, we work directly with your auto insurance. We don't bill standard health insurance directly, but we provide superbills so you can file for out-of-network reimbursement yourself. We accept cards, cash, and digital wallets.

Do you take my insurance?

Do you offer payment plans?
Packages like Decompression, Piezowave2 therapy and personal training are paid in full at purchase. We don't offer split payment plans.
What if I need fewer visits than expected?
Any unused visits in a package credit toward future services. We don't issue cash refunds on partial packages. Packages never expire.
