WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every membership includes unlimited recovery.
Sauna and Frost Locker access, no extra charge. From there, tiers differ. RESTORE includes unlimited chiropractic care with no gym access. PERFORM includes 3 small group classes a week, but no chiropractic. ELITE includes both. Personal training is available to any member but isn't included in membership pricing.

Restore

Unlimited chiropractic care and manual therapy, plus unlimited recovery. No gym or class access.
Elite
$449/mo
Everything: unlimited chiropractic, manual therapy, recovery, and 3 weekly group classes.
Every tier includes unlimited recovery: sauna, Frost Locker, and NormaTec, no extra charge. Duo memberships cover two people: RESTORE Duo $399/mo, PERFORM Duo $379/mo, ELITE Duo $749/mo. Kids and additional members: $79/mo (ages 0–12, add-on only) or $119/mo (ages 13+, includes unlimited recovery).
RESTORE and PERFORM can't be combined. If you want all three, ELITE is the only way to get there.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a contract?
Yes, a 3-month minimum term. After that, membership continues month-to-month.
Can I freeze it?
Yes. Freezes are handled case-by-case for any documented reason: injury, travel, or otherwise. Talk to our team to set one up.
Can I use recovery without a membership?
Yes. Sauna, Frost Locker, and NormaTec sessions are all available as drop-ins even if you're not a member.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, after your 3-month minimum term. A $50 cancellation fee applies.
